During this fight for restoring rights, we felt strongly that the voices of parents who had surrendered children be heard. These mothers from other organizations added their voices to restore rights.

Karen Babin, Jeanette Livingston and Pam Foreman Testroet all testified before legislative committee hearings.

Linda Woods is a long time advocate and has been with LAAB- Louisiana Adoption Advisory Board
